Our Big Party Plus package is designed for events with 100+ guests, offering everything you need for a smooth, professional bar experience. Just bring the alcohol—we’ve got the rest covered! What’s Included: 2 Licensed & Insured Bartenders 1 Barback 1 Water and Tea Station 2 Full Bar Setups (tables or mobile bars) Complete bar equipment & tools Homemade syrups and juices, fruit for garnish (for up to 150 guests) 200 plastic cups 200 lbs of ice Napkins & straws 2 laminated menus (upon request) Setup & cleanup included Alcohol selection & quantity planning assistance 2-hour setup + 4 hours of service + 1-hour breakdown Add-Ons: Over 150 guests? Add syrups, juices & fruit for just $3 per extra guest Extra bar setup: $75 each (if needed) Additional hours: $150 per hour Custom menu creation $25 Glassware rentals available – contact us for details Save 10% when you book online today! **Same-day service extensions are available for a $25 fee, subject to venue approval. Cancellation Policy
Cancellation by Client: In the event of cancellation by the Client, the deposit shall be refunded with a cancellation fee of $50 removed from deposit. All cancellation by the client must be done at least 1 week prior to the event. Cancellation by Aft3r Hours LLC: In the unlikely event that Aft3r Hours LLC is unable to fulfill the contract, deposit shall be refunded in full.
